Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a self-driven and professional NGO personnel with commitment to work and target groups.
∎ Work Location: Any Upazila of Khulna or Bagerhat district.
∎ Reporting to: Program Co-ordinator.
∎ Contract Duration: From July 2022 to March 2025
∎ About EVOLVE Project:
∎ Enhance Voice for the Inclusion of the Vulnerable and their Empowerment (EVOLVE) is designed to facilitate inclusive dialogue and partnerships among CSOs, CSO networks and Union Parishads (UPs) in participatory planning, budgeting, execution, and accountability towards climate smart and gender responsive strategies and services. EVOLVE aims to build the capacity of CSOs and their networks to empower climate affected communities and disadvantaged women in selected 14 UPs of the specific three Upazilas of Khulna and Bagerhat districts. EVOLVE is Co-funded by the European Union and implementing by the Development Organization of the Rural Poor (DORP) in the project locations coordinating by HELVETAS Bangladesh.
∎ Project Name: EVOLVE: Enhance Voice for the Inclusion of the Vulnerable and their Empowerment

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate and implement EVOLVE project.
∎ Ensure excellent teamwork and collaboration among team members working on ground, following HR guidelines and policies.
∎ Fair knowledge on Governance and Climate Change and apply in coordination mechanism with key stakeholders.
∎ Liaison and coordination with Upazila and District Networks, local government officials and implementing partner.
∎ Develop Modules and provide technical support to the project team for implementing capacity building activities for CSOs, CBOs, CSO Networks, Union Parishand and other stakeholders of the project.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation knowledge with the understanding of SDG Goal: 5, 11, 13 and 16, and 8th five-year planning of Bangladesh.
∎ Closely work with Union level CSOs and ward level CBOs to raise the voice of women and disadvantaged groups.
∎ Ability to arrange and conduct policy dialogue for inclusion, Gender and Budgeting.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to relevant stakeholders and donor in timely manner.
∎ Arrange different types of meetings, seminar with different stakeholders and arrange joint event with other implementing partner of the project.
∎ Any other activities where and when as required by Authority.
∎ Oral and written communication skills to deal effectively with organizational management and staff, volunteers, relevant government agencies and donors.
∎ Willing to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders, especially primary stakeholders, CSOs and CBOs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 year(s) in development sectors/National NGOs.
∎ Must have experience working with local government institute.
∎ Minimum 6 years’ experience as Project Coordinator.
∎ Must have experience to develop Module on capacity building.
∎ Understanding of WASH and Climate Change related Project will be an added value for the post.
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
∎ Working experience in coastal areas particularly in South-West of Bangladesh.
∎ Working on under pressure in any time.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 74000 (Monthly)
∎ (Monthly, including all benefits)
