Additional Requirements:
∎ Working days from Sunday to Thursday with 40 hours per week. This position may require you to work some overtime hours to attend external meetings.
∎ Sometimes, local/day long travel may be required to reach different working and remote areas within the Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or country office sometimes.
∎ Yearly renewable contracts are based on fund availability and performance.
∎ Following Cordaid HR, Admin and Finance related policies strictly.
∎ At least 5 years of experience in managing professional projects and/or (sub-) offices of International Non-Governmental organizations.
∎ Profound experience in supporting women in skills development and employment at Camps are pre-requisite qualification for this position
∎ At least 02 years' work experience in Rohingya Camps is a priority.
∎ Sound knowledge of gender responsive livelihood approach with professional experience working as gender expert.
∎ Capacity development of state and non-state actors.
∎ Facilitate interaction with key stakeholders including high level senior Government Officials (Camp In-Charge)
∎ Social skills to agree on deliverables, ensure progress with staff and to support partners
∎ Behavioral values and skills: accountability, respect, diversity & inclusion, sustainability, teambuilding, negotiation, conflict management, collaboration, flexibility, creativity
∎ Writing skills to clearly formulate project proposals, project plan and project reports
∎ Knowledge of the mission statement and goals of the Cordaid project and the security policy.
