Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' or Bachelors' degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Agriculture or other related field from a recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ S/he will be responsible for the overall implementation of this nutrition, livelihood and marketing focused project. S/He will ensure that the approach is integrated to achieve the intended outcomes. S/he will be responsible for the oversight, team supervision, reporting, monitoring as well as coordination of the project - both across Concern departments, as well as with other implementing agencies within the Consortium.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Programming: Oversee the proposed activities around nutrition, livelihoods and marketing including capacity building of the project teams on the different approaches such as mother care groups, horticulture, market development, food preservation and processing.
∎ Coordinate with consortium partners in the identification of consultants to support different aspects of the project including; skills development, financial literacy, food systems.
∎ Budget Management: Ensure that Concern Worldwide administrative, financial and resource management policies and regulation are understood, implemented and followed by all staff in the project.
∎ Coordination: Support effective coordination, collaboration and networking within Concern, between Consortium partners, and across the wider humanitarian community with regard to all issues related to Nutrition, Livelihoods and marketing.
∎ Human Resource Management: Support recruitment process to ensure identification and inclusion of qualified key personnel and consultants to support the project.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation: Ensuring that the project M&E system in place and activity review takes place with a systematic way for visualizing the project progress.
∎ Reporting: Ensuring that the project delivers high quality reports with agreed time line and format to demonstrate the project results.
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's HR policies, Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Emergency Director or the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five (05) years progressively responsible work experience in Nutrition and/or livelihood programs.
∎ Familiarity with Nutrition Sensitive Programming
∎ Experience with engaging with private sector is desirable
∎ Experience in managing projects for a variety of donors
∎ Excellent report writing skills, proposal development skills will be a preferred asset.
∎ Experience working in a refugee or protracted displacement crisis is desirable
∎ Good knowledge on Rohingya refugee context and evolution of the appropriate programming is desirable
∎ Experience of managing financial resources and budgets
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
