Job Context:
∎ Location: Ukhiya/ Teknaf, Cox`s Bazar
∎ Reports to: Head of Humanitarian Response
∎ Nature of Job: Contract
∎ Level: Senior level position
∎ Project Duration: 11 months

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years’ professional experience of working in food security/ waste management/ cash transfers (CFW)/ market systems in the humanitarian context.
∎ Experience in project coordination and management at the field level is essential.
∎ Sound knowledge and strong skills in Performance Management and staff development.
∎ Strong skills in Networking and liaison with local counterparts.
∎ Strong reporting skills and knowledge of relevant computer packages.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to capitalize on past experience, existing networks and information existing (both internal and external to ICCO) in order to become self-sufficient quickly.
∎ Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
∎ Knowledge of capacity building tools and techniques.
∎ Good understanding of basic human rights.
∎ Ability to cope up and mix with multicultural people and multi-tasks.
∎ Ability to foster collaborative, transparent and accountable relationships.
