Educational Requirements:
∎ MSS in Social Science or any discipline /Equivalent degree from any recognized University/ Institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives and strategic supports to technical and managerial staff.
∎ Prepare and finalize reports.
∎ Finalize project’s monthly and other work plans and ensure implementation accordingly.
∎ Prepare yearly budget and monitoring of financial and physical plan of the projects.
∎ Coordinate planning, implementation and supervision of the projects.
∎ Maintain liaison with GO-NGO, INGO and donors when necessary.
∎ Supervise all Child Labourers Friendly Spaces (CLFS) and project staff for day to day operation.
∎ Ensure all materials and intellectual services for the project implementation and supply necessary materials to CLFSs.
∎ Organize meeting, workshop training for staff capacity building and supportive supervision.
∎ Making follow-up visits to the project areas in order to monitor projects implementation and preparing feedback report.
∎ Develop new project proposal/review the existing proposals.
∎ Coordinate meetings, reviews, evaluation etc.
∎ Project related administrative job (if necessary).
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35-40 years (Age limit will be relaxed for highly experienced candidate)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of NGO sector and Child Rights & development field.
∎ Spoken & written fluency both in Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Applicant should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Priority will be given to the candidate who has the experience on online child sexual exploitation issue, Universal Periodic Review (UPR), CRC alternative report, monitoring child rights situation in Bangladesh.
∎ High Level advocacy skill & experience.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40,000 - 45,000 (Consolidated)
