∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods to the remote areas
∎ Computer literate (MS word and Excel)
∎ Strong understanding of gender equality, safeguarding, women economic empowerment issues and experience in integrating these into programme practice
∎ Ability to adapt to different working cultures
∎ Sympathy with the values, aims and objectives of Oxfam.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Do you have at least 5 years' experience on humanitarian response with International NGOs having post-graduation in the relevant subject?
∎ Do you have clear understanding about the project cycle management and role of a senior manager who can provide strategic leadership at local and national level partnership?
∎ Do you have Strong understanding of WASH, livelihood, Protection, Gender and Localization?
