∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, imagine and include constructive feedback on every building model
∎ Providing advice on setting up and defining the project
∎ Developing and co-ordinating the design
∎ Preparing production information and tender documentation (if needed)
∎ Contract administration
∎ Inspecting the work of contractors
∎ Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing
∎ Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations
∎ Complying building regulations, standards and by-laws enforced by Building Regulatory Acts
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project
∎ Responsible to handover the project to its clients on time
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required

Salary: Negotiable
