∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Part Qualification of CMA/ACCA/CA

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain financial models to forecast project costs, revenues, and profitability for project development and investment activities.
∎ Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and variances to ensure projects stay on track financially.
∎ Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing project financial performance.
∎ Forecast financial performance for the company and individual projects, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
∎ Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for project expenses, working capital, and investment opportunities.
∎ Forecasting of cash flow and works relating to Restructuring/ Re-financing of the Project.
∎ Identify and assess financial risks associated with ongoing projects and investments.
∎ Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
∎ Review and negotiate contracts with service providers and partners to secure favorable terms for the ongoing projects.
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Review and approve project-related expenses and vendor invoices.
∎ Supervise and control the assets management and movement.
∎ Lead the Costing and Pricing exercises for projects and operations.
∎ Collaborate with Planning & Construction teams to assess and manage project-specific risks.
∎ Individual must require site visits and meetings with project teams or investors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ PM Certification will be preferred.
∎ Fully competent in own area of expertise.
∎ Good Leadership skill, ORACLE-ERP and Communication Skill
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Presentation skills.
∎ Eager to learn new concepts and technologies for digital transformation.
