Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for Project and Partnership Support Liaison who will

∎ Build, develop and strengthen relationships with the different government entities in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Supports the implementation of the programmatic pillars of Oxfam in Bangladesh.
∎ Promote Oxfam's mandate, projects and strategy to establish relations with potential partners.
∎ Follow-up and collaborate in the fulfilment of commitments agreed by Oxfam and its counterparts at local levels.
∎ Work with the humanitarian team, appropriate partner organizations and other actors to develop a comprehensive partnership framework.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant international experience of 7 - 10 years for Post graduate holders, or 10 years + for degree holders, in humanitarian work with partners, preferably in an international NGO/operational UN agency/equivalent.
∎ Extensive experience in partner capacity development role at senior level.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of the principles and standards of programme quality in emergencies.
∎ Experience of designing and implementing gendered humanitarian interventions.
