Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting is preferred)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the IMH accounts in an effective manner in line with the budget
∎ Maintain effective coordination and communication with all IMH staff
∎ Manage all day to day accounts of the IMH
∎ Update all accounts and maintain documents in appropriate manner (according to organizational policy)
∎ Ensure positing of all financial transactions in Hospital Management Software (including Tally Software)
∎ Maintain the inventory of the IMH in an appropriate manner
∎ Support the SLOPB procurement committee for purchasing goods and services for IMH
∎ Operate bank transactions as and when necessary
∎ Prepare day-to-day financial statement
∎ Prepare monthly, six monthly and yearly financial reports
∎ Prepare stock and inventory report (weekly, monthly and yearly basis)
∎ Carryout day-to-day all administrative and logistics functions
∎ Keep updated all the personnel files according to organizational policies
∎ Ensure to maintain all records especially repair and maintenance of office equipment, lab equipment, vehicles etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experience as accountant (in NGO, private hospital or corporate sector)
∎ Computer proficiency in MS word, Excel and accounting software Tally
∎ The applicant must be Gender and Child sensitive
Salary:
∎ Tk.16,000/- (with yearly festival bonus and increment)
