∎ Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Business or Social Science).
∎ Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in microfinance operations, with at least 1 year in branch-level management.
∎ Job Location: Branch level
∎ Strong leadership and administrative capacity.
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation and Microfinance MIS.
∎ Sound knowledge of Tally/MIS software
∎ The job requires commuting by Motorcycle. However, there is an option to use a motorcycle provided by the office. For candidates who own a motorcycle, the office will cover fuel expenses. A valid driving license is required for this position.
∎ Age limit: Not over 40 years (For experienced candidates, age and educational qualifications may be relaxed).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all day-to-day operations at the branch level, including loan disbursement, recovery, and savings mobilization.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate loan processing, fund disbursement, and repayment collection in accordance with organizational policies and MRA guidelines.
∎ Supervise and provide guidance to Field Organizers, Accountants, and other branch staff to maintain service quality and efficiency.
∎ Maintain and update branch-level MIS (Management Information System) and ensure timely submission of accurate reports.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and financial transparency across all branch activities.
∎ Monitor portfolio quality, minimize overdue loans, and take necessary measures to maintain a healthy repayment rate.
∎ Conduct regular field visits with staff to monitor client performance, verify activities, and resolve issues as needed.
∎ Facilitate and coordinate regular group meetings with clients to ensure engagement, awareness, and compliance.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on loan performance, savings, and staff activities.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients and promote a customer-friendly approach while ensuring institutional discipline.
∎ Identify training needs and build staff capacity through on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
∎ Ensure branch-level compliance with all internal controls, financial procedures, and audit requirements.
∎ Manage petty cash and other branch-level expenditures responsibly, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and financial accountability.
∎ Assist in resolving client grievances, ensuring quick redress and client satisfaction.
∎ Support awareness-building and community outreach activities related to financial literacy, savings, and loan utilization.
∎ Coordinate with Area Manager and Head Office for strategic and operational alignment of branch targets and performance.
