Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Accounting, Finance Management or relevant subject.
∎ Educational qualification is considerable for the experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform Finance & Accounts related all transactions as per project need and as per system.
∎ To do purchase as per organizational policy.
∎ To support project for administration and other related official activities as per project need. k
∎ To maintain financial security by following internal controls.
∎ To ensure compliance with VAT and Income Tax Act of the government of Bangladesh.
∎ To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ To contribute in project planning and review budget as per recommendation of the management.
∎ To support month-end and year-end close process.
∎ To prepare monthly Financial Report
∎ To train the POs, CFs and CVs on group accounting and auditing so that they can monitor SHG, CLA and Federation properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 3-5 years working experience in a reputable organization.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English language.
∎ Capable & willingness to drive Motor Cycle with valid Driving License.
∎ Computer Skill on MS Office and data analysis skill.
∎ Excellent Communication, Networking & Interpersonal skill.
∎ Report writing skill.
Salary:
∎ As per Project Scale.
