Job Context:
∎ The Programmer will be a contract employee for a period of one year.
∎ They must have strong communication, project management, programming, server, database, and operating system experience.
∎ Additionally, they must be proficient in the programming languages VBA, JavaScript, and PHP, and the frameworks CakePHP and Vue.js.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Programmer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications.
∎ They must have an understanding of the company's business requirements and develop software applications according to them.
∎ They must design, code, and debug complex software applications, as well as maintain existing software applications.
∎ They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the applications they develop and helping to ensure that the software applications are secure.
∎ Additionally, the Programmer will need to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the software applications they develop.
