∎ Master's degree Social Science, Agronomy or Agriculture or related areas, or with experience in the business field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in humanitarian/development response of which 3 years of progressively relevant experience in food, handcraft market systems, working in the private sector and/or social enterprises.
∎ Proven capabilities in empowering women in rural areas and villages. Livelihood program knowledge, along with the set-up of self-help groups among marginalized farmers and aggregation centre operation.
∎
∎ Experience working in the field with farmers is an asset, as well as familiarity with the context of Cox's Bazar.
