∎ Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized UniversityCandidates having experience in relevant field will get priority.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Major Responsibilities· Prepare work plan and take initiatives for implementing different activities. As per plan.· Create awareness among students and community people about using of safe water, hygienic latrine and practice of safe hygienic behavior.· Supervise installation of piped water supply, handwashing stations, water treatment plant and hygienic latrines in schools.· Conduct different sessions on hygiene education in primary, secondary school and madrasah and cluster meeting with different groups of people regularly.· Build linkage among mason, driller, hardware shops, schools and community people.· Organize different forums, meeting, advocacy, training and workshop at Upazila level.· Maintain liaison with local administration, local government and non-government officials at Upazila level.· Prepare monthly report and sent to respective supervisor.Safeguarding Responsibilities· Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.· Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.· Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
