Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree from any recognised university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Shasthya Shebika (SS) and Shasthya Kormi (SK) activities, House Hold visits, registers and stocks
∎ Conduct refresher trainings for the SS and assist in SK refresher
∎ Supervise and support the operational activities of the BUH&DCs and BOC
∎ Preparing and sending requisitions for medicines /health commodities and also receiving & bill paying for those
∎ Distribute medicines/ health commodities to Shasthya Shebika
∎ Establish referral linkage with service centers, Provide support to the beneficiaries during the referral
∎ Follow-up of high risk pregnant mothers, new born and referred cases
∎ Conduct health forum (Reading Glass Camp, Adult health package services)
∎ Formation of MNCH committee and women support group (WSG), and conduct WSG meetings and spouse forums
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-2 years working experience at a relevant position. Substantial experience in operations management in the urban areas. Experience of implementing pilot projects successfully.
