Diploma in medical Faculty (DMF): Academic 3 years, Internship 1 year, DMF BMDC Registration number is Mandatory.
Minimum 01 year of working experience will get preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement the project activities including community health services, health camps, awareness campaigns, and training programs in collaboration with the Area Manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with communities and local leaders to foster trust and participation in healthcare activities.
Monitor and track the achievements of SK & SS and provide required supervision.
Facilitate SK, SS recruitment, deployment & development.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in accordance with checklists.
Comply with the HRPP, Gender and other organizational policies.
Ensure the implementation process at the field level with appropriate supply chain, inventory, bookkeeping and financial management.
Prepare timely quality reports on programme performance.
Ensure digital data management through the m-Health system and also provide guidance to the SKs for staying up to date regarding accurate and timely MIS.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
