Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct citizen-led assessments and generate rigorous, robust data on learning levels amongst most-marginalized groups.
∎ Designing and delivering capacity strengthening plan in identified areas.
∎ Cascade capacity strengthening and support to civil society organizations, including teacher and student groups in target areas.
∎ Monitor educational allocations and activities and ensure their effectiveness and efficiencies in realizing the right to education for the most marginalized.
∎ Strengthen and support citizen advocacy for equitable, quality education for most marginalized groups.
∎ Advocating for the adoption of the assessment techniques and tools at the local and national level.
∎ Carry out necessary documentation as well as qualitative and quantitative report development in English and Bangla.
∎ Track progress against transnational, regional and national commitments in the Education 2030 Framework for Action and SDG 4.
∎ Communicate and influence change using evidence-informed, equity-focused strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) of working experiences on managing and implementing of assessment, awareness, capacity building, social and policy advocacy on public service-related issues. Having sufficient capacity to conduct citizen-led assessments, monitor educational allocations & activities with effectiveness and efficiencies in realizing the right to education for the most marginalized.
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
