Job Context:
∎ Contract Type: Service Contract, SC8
∎ Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire programme cycle, from design to implementation and monitoring and solve challenges in a creative way. Think outside of the box, ensuring the relevance and sustainability of activities designed.
∎ Work with cooperating partners to build their capacity, ensure timely implementation of program activities and fulfilment of respective agreements (including compliance with documentation and reporting requirements). Offer technical support for the programme's training package (life skills, BCC, vocational skills).
∎ Undertake regular field visits to follow-up on the implementation of programme activities and monitoring of Programme Associates and field based staff.
∎ Manage all payments and beneficiaries' cash transfer related issues. Work closely with relevant WFP units to ensure the cash is distributed on time to beneficiaries.
∎ Solve issues that were raised through WFP's complaint feedback mechanism in a timely manner, working with the relevant units.
∎ Keep the key project documents updated: workplan, standard operating procedures, implementation guidelines.
∎ Innovate in order to improve efficiency of processes and activities regularly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience - preferably in the humanitarian field and emergency, focusing on livelihoods and/or self-reliance. Familiarity with the context of Cox's Bazar is an asset.
∎ Experience with livelihoods programmes, including skills development, cash transfer and women's empowerment activities for the poor and vulnerable
∎ Experience organizing women's groups, research, conducting analyses, monitoring and evaluation of programmes, ideally in refugee contexts
∎ Experience organizing and delivering training sessions
∎ Excellent partnership building and communication skills
∎ Excellent written and oral/communications skills in English and Bangla

Salary: Tk. 188945 (Monthly)
