Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Oxfam National D2 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT 1,033,995.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
