Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The program officer of Outreach is responsible for planning, supervision, reporting and monitoring of assigned project activities from the head office.
∎ Monitoring project wise field activities and make a report to supervisor.
∎ Helping supervisor to compile Health Quality Indicator report.
∎ Ensuring that all the logistics and supplies are up to date for proper functioning of the application at the field level
∎ Make plan for staff development training, providing technical assistance in program for implementation.
∎ Look after the administrative issues and logistic supply from the head office.
∎ Monitor the progress of program at the field level, manage risks, preparing plans.
∎ Resolve problems to keep the program on track with the help of Team Leader.
∎ Provide information, feedback and support on project evaluation.
∎ Make recommendation for future developments.
∎ Keep regular, liaise with Program manager/Program Officer.
∎ Monitor and follow up the Static Clinic activities.
∎ Help in establishing referral network with GOB and other stakeholders.
∎ Support and maintain coordination with local offices and Head office in the implementation of work plan.
∎ Keep liaison with client, Government, educational institution, NGOs, Volunteers and similar projects through Team leader and program manager when and where required.
∎ Follow guidance and instruction from Head Office management.
∎ Compile, analyze and finalize the monthly, quarterly and yearly report on health activities.
∎ Facilitate in report writing and documentation with the help of supervisor.
∎ Organize meetings, seminar and workshops through the help of supervisor.
∎ As a member of the project team, work should be done in coordination with colleagues to ensure high quality support to the projects and excellence within the organization.
∎ Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization
∎ MBBS·
∎ MPH with minimum 2 years of experience in Health Sector
∎ Windows OS: Windows 10·
∎ Microsoft Office: 2016 (Word, Excel & Power point)

∎ Educational Skill:
∎ MBBS·
∎ MPH with minimum 2 years of experience in Health Sector
∎ Language Proficiency:
∎ English: Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and understanding·
∎ Bengali: Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and understanding.
∎ Computer Literacy:
∎ Windows OS: Windows 10·
∎ Microsoft Office: 2016 (Word, Excel & Power point)
