Job Context:
∎ The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate cooperation among stakeholders related with the governance of transboundary rivers in the Ganges - Brahmaputra - Meghna river basins. This includes stakeholders from the government, private sector, civil society, and grassroots communities. The position will primarily focus on - Transboundary Rivers of South Asia (TROSA) programme (2017-2021) is now starting its second phase in Bangladesh, as TROSA 2: Rivers, Rights ad Resilience (T2:3R). The project will run from 2023 to 2026 with a specific focus on strengthening riparian communities` resilience against the impacts of climate change and water-related shocks.
∎ Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (with travel to field and partner locations)
∎ Job type: Fixed Term

Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam National D1 pay band with other benefits e.g., medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & insurance.
