Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Computer Science/ Economics/ Statistics from any recognized university/ institution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the deployment of business intelligence platform across all Urban Development Programme (UDP) projects, provide domain expertise for data analytics direction and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure data sharing to gain behavioral insight on our clients and participants
∎ Lead the M&E team to ensure the quality of the data collected from all the projects and generate data quality-related insights quarterly. Design and build the result based monitoring framework including guideline and monitoring tools. Monitor the program performance on selected indicators and based on the project expected result and outcome by collaborating with the M&E, technology and operations team
∎ Lead strategy development, operation implementation, and knowledge management to maintain the quality of fieldwork in compliance with BRAC standards and AOP
∎ Support the preparation of concept notes, legal agreements, budgets, TORs, and other strategy documents related to the unit's activities
∎ Develop team capacity through intensive supervision, mentoring, and training so that team members can grow and take up larger roles as programme expands in ICT4D
∎ Coordinate and maintain an effective relationship with other BRAC programmes and partners to find areas of collaboration and partnership in the technology sector and also within UDP's interventions using tech-enabled solutions
∎ Analyze results, identify patterns and trends in datasets, work alongside teams within the programme to contribute to a data-driven culture, and define new data collection and analysis processes
∎ Lead the MEAL team by overseeing the data model, questionnaires, programme and project log frames, M&E matrix
∎ Oversee the administration and maintenance of data using different CRM (Ex: Sales force) tools and various programming languages (java script, apex, visual force).
∎ Actively monitor and strive to maintain high quality, data hygiene, and process consistency within the sales force/ other systems
∎ Ensure the wider BRAC community are well aware of the unit's learning's
∎ Ensure team members' safety from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's safeguarding implementation goals. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in ICT4D and MEL
∎ Have sound knowledge of current national and global development trends related to urban poverty and urban development
∎ Knowledge on statistical analysis, data management, software applications, digital development and data presentation
∎ Strong analytical skills and possess a proven track record of working successfully in a variety of cultural contexts
∎ Strong writing, interpersonal and data presentation skills
∎ Proven experience in managing and growing a team
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
