Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduate qualification in nutrition, public health, social science, development, or other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the inception phase related to the EC grant, planned for a period of 6 months, will produce the outputs as set in the EC proposal, allowing the consortium to refine and finalise strategies, methodologies and inputs.
∎ Ensure the development and application of harmonised approaches for implementing the programme including the development of standards and frameworks for monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL).
∎ Ensure the adoption of nutrition data/information collection and management system including the production and communication of professional quality reports to users and the donor as required.
∎ Ensure that all consortium members both at field and national levels coordinate and regularly represent the Consortium at the coordination and steering committee meetings, and other relevant fora.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and signing of partnership agreements (MOU) and annual grants agreements.
∎ Submit regular financial reports and audit reports to relevant stakeholders, Concern's management and donors as per donor regulations
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Country Director/Programmes Director or the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 12 years' experience working in health & nutrition sector, including at least 7 years of experience of working at senior level. Experience of managing nutrition governance program is preferred
∎ Prior experience of designing and/or delivering large-scale complex donor project focusing nutrition and integrated programmes.
∎ Proven ability to manage consortia with an extensive experience managing multi-agency programmes.
∎ Ability to represent the nutrition programme at a strategic level and engage and influence key stakeholders (Govt. civil society, privet sector) at district and national level.
∎ Demonstrated experience of working with national level government structures.
∎ Experience in management of finance and budget monitoring and risk management.
∎ Experience of building, leading and developing a team of senior staff.
∎ Proven partnership management skills and the ability to interact effectively with donors, collaborating agencies, local and government partners.
∎ Substantial experience of working and living in the coastal area, ideally with professional experience in the Khulna division.
Salary:
∎ Gross Annual Salary range (inclusive of Festival Bonus, Gratuity and Provident Fund): BDT 1,775,159/- to BDT 2,335,988/-
