Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Development Studies (MDS), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer and advance internet operation skills (MS Word, Donor Relations, Excel Power, Fund Raising, Project proposal writing, Report Writing, Very good in English writing and speaking

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): MHM, WASH Sector
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining project grant management process and support to manage compliance, and quality standards
∎ Drafting, reviewing and overseeing project contracts for final persuasion to donors
∎ Engaging in programme planning in consultation with team members, partners and stakeholders
∎ Supporting projects counterparts to coordinate and write donor reports and sending to Executive Director for final reviewing
∎ Working with accounts manager to manage grant finances, including preparing budgets, tracking expenditure and reviewing and preparing financial reports and invoices to donors
∎ Supporting accounts department in preparations for audits
∎ Supporting project manager to prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, including allocation of expenses to grants and projects
∎ Review project field implement fund requests and approval of fund transfers
∎ Working closely with the project team and ensure lessons from programme implementation are well documented and linked to donor persuasion
∎ Communication with NGO Affairs Bureau
∎ Ensuring the coordination of relevant stakeholders for exposure visits
∎ Supporting monitoring, evaluation and reporting on specific grants
∎ Review and contribute to high quality business plans of entrepreneurship development programmes, with a particular focus on WASH and MHH
∎ Contribute to the preparation of proposals for institutional donors and manage overall proposal compilation and editing for agreed opportunities
∎ Contributing to the development of risk management plans and actively manage risks
∎ Provide other support as needed to support the effective operation of the organisation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with intensive field visit
∎ Team player with ability to plan own work, manage competing priorities and work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills
∎ Commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and open to new ideas

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Not less than 70,000 (BDT)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ As per organisation HR rules
