∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for over-all leadership in planning, designing, implementation of the project and responsible to deliver high-quality results in line with the project outcomes.
∎ Ensuring the quality and integrity of implementation, including adherence to technical guidelines, administrative systems, and established deadlines.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annual & annual work plan and budget of the project to achieve the project target on time.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and biannual progress reports and submit them to the respective line manager as well as the donor.
∎ Organize all kinds of project related meetings, training, and workshops in collaboration and consultation with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Arrange and provide support to facilitate advocacy meetings and workshops with different stakeholders, including LGIs, MFIs, financial institutions, government departments and donors.
∎ Frequent field visits to follow-up, supervise, and monitor project activities help accumulate field learnings, and good practices, and disseminate them through the proper channels.
∎ Proactively support ASA frontline staffs to ensure demand creation, disburse water and sanitation credit, and ensure the installation of WASH technologies by credit borrowers.
∎ Arrange a donor visit and maintain coordination with the donor by showing impact and meeting their expectations - even going beyond that.
∎ Monitor and follow up the frontline staff's activities, and provide necessary guidance to ensure quality of work.
∎ Identify and address staff capacity building opportunities through on-the-jobs coaching for quality assurance of work
∎ Any other assignments given by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: At least 10 years of working experiences in the WASH sector, including 5 years of experiences at the project coordination level, preferably in WASH credit program implementation
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Experience in WASH-Credit sector gets preferences and WASH sector is required
∎ Having experiences in implementing project activities
∎ Willing to frequent field visit
∎ Additional Skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform, like Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable but not less than 50,000 (BDT)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
