Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation:
∎ Develop and implement Monitoring & Evaluation plan including performance indicators
∎ Ensure that performance indicators and targets remain relevant in accordance with the project design and work plan
∎ Undertake regular monitoring visits to the project areas independently or together with the project colleagues
∎ Review, maintain and monitor the project risks on regular basis and flag any high risks that may have a potential negative impact on the project to the project lead
∎ Reporting and Documents Control:
∎ Prepare progress and monthly highlight reports in coordination with the project team
∎ Ensure timely and quality submission of reports as identified in the project agreement through coordinating inputs and drafting reports related to the project activities
∎ Act as a focal point for the collection, analysis and dissemination of data / information relevant to verification, monitoring and inspection activities in coordination with the project team
∎ Knowledge Management:
∎ Share knowledge with the project team members ensure coordinated delivery of activities and synergies
∎ Interact and follow up with the Project Lead and the project teams to solicit case studies, lessons learned, success stories, and best practices derived as part of the project monitoring
∎ Lead the preparation of success stories and best M&E practices for inclusion in internal and external communication products.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary Information: Negotiable but not less than 45,000 (BDT)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
