Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for organizing and facilitating all kinds of project related meetings, training, and workshops in collaboration with the Project Coordinator.
∎ Identify the selected sanitation entrepreneurs list and finalize their participation in training.
∎ Organize and facilitate sanitation entrepreneurs and credit staff's capacity building training.
∎ Close and proactive support to ASA frontline staffs to ensure demand creation, disburse water and sanitation credit, and ensure the installation of WASH technologies by credit borrowers.
∎ Frequent field visits and support for the sanitation entrepreneurs to scale up their businesses at the community level help them accumulate field learnings, good practices and disseminate them through the proper channel.
∎ Assist the project coordinator in preparing monthly, quarterly, biannual & annual work plan and budget, as well as the monthly, quarterly, biannual progress report.
∎ Develop different types of training, a workshop module, a sanitation catalog, and relevant materials; also develop audiovisual training materials for sanitation entrepreneurs.
∎ Monitoring and following up on entrepreneurs' activities and providing need based guidance to ensure quality product development.
∎ Identify entrepreneurs' capacity building needs and provide tailor made training and coaching to keep their businesses on track
∎ Any other assignments given by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Additional Skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform, like Skype, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Specific knowledge in WASH product/s (water and sanitation) design and implementation
∎ Social mobilisation and public speaking skills
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable but not less than 45,000 (BDT)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
