∎ Master's degree in food science, nutrition, social science, business administration, or a suitable equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Programme Associate for Workplace Nutrition will be responsible for providing technical support to ensure the effective and quality implementation of project activities. They will work directly with executive agencies, RMG institutions, creative media, government, policy institutions and other relevant strategic partners who are involved in similar activities for RMG workers. Responsibilities will include;
∎ Contributing to the development of the project implementation plan
∎ Reviewing progress against key performance indicators and targets.
∎ Engagement and relationship building with key external stakeholders including factory owners, government ministries and the International Labour Organisation
∎ Regular engagement with internal stakeholders including Targeted Dietary Programme Team, Knowledge Leadership and Finance team
∎ Candidates for this position should have demonstrable experience of developing and managing projects in a multi-cultural environment within the private sector, nutrition and food system, government or international organisations. Fluency in English is essential, as is the ability to communicate and work effectively in challenging field based scenarios.
