Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate and/or mater degree in English, management information system, economics, social science, development studies, international business or other relevant areas.

Job Context:
∎ Contract Type: Service Contract
∎ Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IM services including; data collection, analysis and information dissemination for the unit to make informed strategic decisions;
∎ Ensure project progress and impacts are captured, documented, analyzed and reported in a results-based and timely manner
∎ Support the M&E team, Reports team and other relevant programme teams for monitoring and reports;
∎ Maintain and regularly update, on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, the existing IM products to ensure all are kept up to date;
∎ Ensure that output and outcome indicators are reviewed periodically and modified based on measurement trends and feedback from the Programme Unit and M&E focal point
∎ Provide capacity building trainings to relevant WFP staff and cooperating partners on reporting and information management;
∎ Organize and undertake frequent field monitoring spot check visits for all programme activities to verify data collection quality by WFP FMAs and/or
∎ outsourced monitoring entities
∎ Any other duty assigned by supervisor, or by Head of the Unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Five years of work experiences with minimum of three years of relevant work experience in information management and/or reporting field.
∎ Strong analytical capabilities and excellent organizational skills
∎ Self-motivation and continued willingness to learn and enhance his/her technical knowledge and expertise in a broad range of operational fields
∎ Has experience with data management, curation, analysis, and reporting

∎ Has experience in humanitarian and emergency monitoring and evaluation systems and standards
∎ Experience working in emergency operations.
∎ Fluency in English & Bengali (both oral and written) is required.

Salary: Tk. 188945 (Monthly)
