Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: The position holder will work within the M&E Unit with a primary focus on development and implementation of comprehensive M&E systems for the individual assistance programs implemented by WFP in Cox's Bazar, including refugee emergency response programs as well as host community livelihood programs. The Programme Associate (M&E) will be responsible for ensuring continuous, timely and efficient monitoring of WFP programmes to ensure the establishment of a robust evidence base and collection of information necessary to measure WFP performance in delivering its programmes to the targeted population. He/she will work in close collaboration with Programme and other relevant units to ensure efficient dissemination and utilization of monitoring information.
∎ The Programme Associate (M&E) will report directly to the M&E Officer and Head of Unit and will be responsible for managing field monitoring staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years relevant professional experience preferably with a UN organization or international development organization/NGO, with at least 3 years in M&E positions
∎ Language: Very good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Knowledge of Rohingya dialect is considered an asset

Salary: Tk. 103091 (Monthly)
