Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years of progressively responsible experience, of which at least one year, closely related to development programme for poverty reduction and two years' experience in developing training modules/curriculums and conducting and monitoring livelihood development training activities with entrepreneurship or business development components.
∎ Language: Fluency in both oral and written communication in the Bangla and English.
