Job Context:
∎ Duration: July 1, 2021 to May 31, 2023

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to implement project and implement day to day project activities for providing adolescents and youth with sexual and reproductive health information and services that complement the public sector services.
∎ Assist to develop project plan and report
∎ Assist the Field Officers to implement project activities for strengthening knowledge and community support and increase the access of inclusive, age-appropriate and gender-responsive SRH information and services for adolescents and youth.
∎ Assist to develop skill development training guideline, program guideline and outreach materials on SRH/FP in line with the goals and objectives of the project and the wider aims of the organization.
∎ Facilitate training, workshop and meeting with adolescents, youth and other stakeholders
∎ Support to mobilize adolescents, youth and community people for ensuring SRH/FP services in the respective area
∎ Maintain effective communication, coordination and collaboration with GoB/NGOs officials, relevant government departments, health sectors and local representative.
∎ Monitor and supervise the Field Officers to achieve objectives of the project and improve integration of approaches.
∎ Assist to in financial management of the project in compliance with organization, donor's policy and standards.
∎ Maintain gender-sensitive approach in all stages of programme implementation.
∎ Integrate protection safeguarding measures throughout programme design.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 years job experience of the similar position at renowned NGO.
∎ Experience in implementing programs addressing SRHR and FP
∎ Experience in community mobilization and community engagement especially with adolescents and youth
∎ Experiences to build linkage with different stakeholders
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (word processing, power point presentation, internet browsing& e-mail communications)
∎ Skills in IEC materials development.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Frequent movement at community level
∎ High interpersonal communication skills
∎ The competent experienced candidates in CHT will be given preference.

Salary:
∎ 50,000 BDT and other admissible benefits as per rules.
