∎ Post Graduate in Social Welfare, Sociology, Social Science, Political science, Management or relevant subject from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
∎ To promote human rights, justice and good governance in the community through education, awareness building and non-violent social action in the respective working area.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Assist to conduct baseline survey
∎ Provide direction and leadership to Volunteers for implementation of the social development activities.
∎ Form groups with the help of Volunteers & ensure proper selection of Ultra poor.
∎ Organize and conduct training & workshop for group and community people.
∎ Develop monthly work plan, setting quarterly, half yearly and annual target and implement the activities to achieve the target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 3 - 5 years working experience in Multi-sectoral or Integrated project or community development in a reputable organization.
∎ Training on Training of Trainers (ToT), Advocacy & Networking, Management & Communication.
∎ Ability to drive motor-cycle with valid driving license.
∎ Facilitation, Communication & Networking, Interpersonal.
∎ Report Writing (English & Bangla).
∎ Computer Operating Skill on MS Office.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on the education and experience of the candidate.
