Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor Degree in Social Science from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement field level project interventions under the guidance of District Coordinator;
∎ Facilitate the processes of planning and budgeting of different project interventions at upazila level;
∎ Facilitation of interventions at upazila and union levels, which may include to organize all forms of events;
∎ Contact and coordination with Civic Forum (Loak Morcha-LM), Local Government Institutions (LGIs), Relevant Social Safety Net Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs), Local Administration and also the community people;
∎ Mobilize community for raising their awareness and building capacity to claim their rights and demand for responsive SPPs services;
∎ Facilitate citizens review, monitoring exercises, lobby and advocacy to support good governance of SPPs Services;
∎ Identify and documented best practices;
∎ Carry out necessary documentation as well as qualitative and quantitative report development in English and Bangla.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) of working experiences, particularly 3 years on implementation of awareness, capacity building, social advocacy and campaign on public service-related governance issues.
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
