Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement different initiatives related to rights and governance on any aforementioned issues under the Sector.
∎ Facilitate training, workshop and group discussion.
∎ Carry out necessary documentation as well as qualitative and quantitative report development in English and Bangla.
∎ Communicate with different relevant stakeholders' especially policy makers, local government representatives, civil society organizations etc.
∎ Organize different Workshop, Seminar, Dialogue and Training at national and local level.
∎ Assist in conducting advocacy and campaign activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
∎ At least 3 years in the required field
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with required field visit.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Monthly, Consolidated. Salary & benefits will be increased as per organization policy after successful completion of 1 year provisional period.
