Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Social Science/ Development Studies or any relevant subject, education qualification could be relaxed for the residents of greater Chittagong.

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ RIC is going to implement a project on Self Reliance for Peoples with Disability (PwD) and Older People in the Cox`s Bazar Region under HelpAge International and World Food Program (WFP) for 9 (nine). For substantive implementation of this project the organization is going to recruit a Program Officer as per following criteria:
∎ Employment Status: Full-time on contractual basis (April` 2021 - Dec.` 2021)
∎ Job Location : Cox`s Bazar District
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Officer will be responsible for overall Project Implementation, Supervision, and Monitoring within the work-frame.
∎ Communicate with the program stakeholders, including, government officials, donors, other non-government organizations, communities and others.
∎ Orient project staffs on the project implementation;
∎ Monitor project activities through field visits.
∎ Facilitate Trainings, workshop and seminar.
∎ Preparation of reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly) and work plan.
∎ Directly accountable and reportable to Director (Program) of the organization.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Fluency in Chittagong colloquial language.
∎ Working experience on directly implementing, supervising or monitoring of any Rohingya Response Program.
∎ Should have substantial working experience on livelihood.
∎ Facilitation skills desired for providing different types of training.
∎ Working experience with Older People and PwD will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Typing (Both English and Bangla).
∎ Excellent E-mail communication both with donors and partners.
∎ Habituated to extensive field work.
∎ Motorcycle driving with valid license.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
