Educational Requirements:
∎ M.S./ B.Sc in Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist for preparation and execute yearly seed production plan as per target
∎ Execute production program by aligning both volume and cost target
∎ Ensure required preparation for suitable block (Land) selection and generating good relationship with farmers for smooth execution of production target.
∎ Ensured quality seed production by aligning required intercultural operation i.e. fertilizer application, pesticide & fungicide management, irrigation, weeding, roughing and labour management.
∎ Facilitate or assist to ensure control growers management process and inputs distribution like stock seed, farmers payment, advanced adjustment related to smooth payment.
∎ Maintain labour management for seed drying, cleaning, grading, fulfil criteria of seed.
∎ Execute capacity building training of farmers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ For M.S./ B.Sc in Agriculture 2 to 3 years experience and for Diploma in Agriculture 7 to 8 years experience in Inbred Rice Seed production is must
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
