Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of program activities according to the Annual program Plan (AWP) in association with other partners as and when necessary.
∎ Assist Project coordinator in developing Annual work plan and cash flow
∎ Provide necessary guidance to the trainers and community organizers in organizing training, workshop orientation session.
∎ Meet the compliance of the funding agency.
∎ Develop Community Peace Initiatives at host community
∎ Monitor performance of the trainers and community organizers
∎ Maintain liaison with local authorities, CBOs, Government agencies to improve understanding of conflict resolution mechanisms and peace building initiatives
∎ Support project staff and host community in identifying potential risk of conflict and engage community people to minimize the risk of conflict.
∎ Assist to Project Coordinator to establish and improve external coordination
∎ Develop capacity of the staff as per plan and interest/track record of the staff
∎ Prepare progress report as per the plan in consultation with project coordinator.
∎ Prepare field visit report with specific objectives as per operational plan

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 5 years of professional experience in the similar position
∎ Ability to learn from the changing context and act accordingly
∎ Good understanding on conflict sensitivity, conflict resolution, peace building, etc
∎ Commitment to local capacity building for peace and the ability to engage local stakeholders in peace building process
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, problem solving, conflict and ethical management skills
∎ Written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to speak in local dialect of Chattogram
∎ Ability to work under tensed situation.
∎ Excellent computer skill

Salary: Negotiable
