Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of entire human community. DAM has been contributing for the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development. Health and WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 9 institutions and 15 donor funded projects.
∎ DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of Program Officer of GFATM funded "Prioritized HIV prevention and treatment services for key populations in Bangladesh" Program through Save the Children covering Bangladesh. It`s a Project Office or Regional Level based position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Officer in C19RM will be responsible for implementation of C19RM of Funding Request (FR-NFM-3) of HIV/AIDS Program in Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS Sector. The incumbent will be responsible to operationalize C19RM work plan activities and budget at SR level. S/he will be responsible to assist program implementation gaps, challenges for improvement plan through using field findings with compare with local scenario. S/he will be responsible for quality development of DIC staff through various capacity building initiatives. S/he will also prepare monthly, quarterly & annual report and documentations (case study, facts sheet etc.) for Global Fund and others as required. In addition to that S/he will also be responsible for coordination of Implementation sites for day-to-day management in relation to C19RM and its implementation.
∎ Operationalize C19RM work plan activities and budget at SR level
∎ Supervise C19RM dedicated POW under C19RM funding
∎ Oversee COVID-19 vaccination and GBV response including hotline number for KP
∎ Organize and facilitate capacity building initiatives proposed in C19RM
∎ Identify gaps to provide technical assistance for improvements and necessary modifications
∎ Prepare accelerated work plan, implement the accelerated work plan, and track down accordingly
∎ Ensure reporting, recording and compliances at SR level
∎ Act as focal point in LFA/ auditors periodic/annual review for C19RM at SR level
∎ Monitoring, reporting and project documentation at SR level
∎ Undertake regular field visits to monitor the on-going activities and assess the validity of reports submitted by the DIC team as well as find out gaps, challenges & best practices
∎ Assist to finalize all the tools in accordance with quality assurance, organizational, project, The Global Fund, SCI and national needs and requirements
∎ Support team by providing updated information of project progress as per quarterly, and field visit reports, workshop, and other source updates, etc.
∎ Prepare necessary reports (Monthly, Periodic, and Annual) and documentations (case study, facts sheet etc.)
∎ Assists disseminate field visit findings through outlined mechanisms
∎ Supervise, guide, and provide on-the-job training to DIC staff/outreach staff for effective implementation of project activities
∎ Addressing improvement areas based on rapid data quality assessment tools to identify areas of improvement and provide on-the job training
∎ Provide regular technical support to DIC/outreach staff for quality data management, reporting and documentation
∎ Participate in different forums as and when required
∎ Preparing presentations for different forums
∎ Represent in meeting/ workshop at district and Upazilla level also representation at different seminar, conference etc. at national and international level.
∎ Support the Sr. project Manager in managing external relations with National and International Stakeholder, NASP, and other implementing partners
∎ Ready to work to respond to any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Co-ordination and collaboration between SRs for effective and efficient implementation of C19RM
∎ Assist to document best practices and implement accordingly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience working within a multidisciplinary team. Working with Relevant field all will adds value.
∎ Excellent computer skills
∎ Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective working relations at all levels
∎ Experience in successfully managing various forms of stakeholders, including local level health, protection and social safety net authorities
∎ Good in written and spoken English.
∎ A dynamic and flexible individual with ability to multitask and who can work under pressure
∎ Application must have COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45859 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits will be added as per project provision.
