∎ M.S./ B.Sc in Agriculture for Program Officer
∎ Diploma in Agriculture for Assistant Program Officer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the annual seed potato production budget and execute as per set standards by the program
∎ Execute production program by aligning right quality, quantity, cost, time and source target
∎ Suitable block (land) selection for smooth execution of production target through contract growers’ systems
∎ Ensure quality seed production by aligning required cultural management as per approved standard operating procedures.
∎ Arrange capacity building training /on the job coaching for strengthening skills of contract growers
∎ Implementing trial for identifying the performance of different inputs like planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc. for ensuring superior performance.
∎ Execute contract growers’ management process for realizing loan in against of different inputs or any other cash advance related to the production program.
∎ Building strong relationships with DAE, SCA, BADC and other stakeholders for strengthening program activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1 to 2 years experience in Potato Seed production
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
