1. Professional Skills: Training/Teaching/Counseling Skills, Management & Supervision skills, Independently office correspondence report writing skills, Communication & Networking skills, Computer operating skills, Interpersonal skills, PowerPoint Presentation, Net surfing.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar position in a reputable organization.

• Job Location: Rajapalong Area, Cox’s Bazar District

• Reports to: Program & Operations Manager

• Supervises: Program Officers and Office Support Staff

Purpose of the position :

• To provide overall leadership to the OVT team for effective implementation of the OVT project in alignment with TD Principles and enhancement of skill and capacity of community people with community participation. The Project Manager will manage the day to day work of the OVT Project by maintaining effective communication with all the concerned stakeholders and will be responsible in planning, implementing, monitoring and reporting of the project.
