Job Context:
∎ Sheva Nari O Shishu Kallyan Kendra is a national NGO which works for the empowerment of women and other marginalized groups in Bangladesh. Sheva is implementing the Promoting Worker Well-Being Project in partnership with CARE Bangladesh to support and build upon access to health services and linkage opportunities of Readymade Garments (RMG) workers and their families for a period of nine months (1st April 2019 to 31st December 2019 with high possibility to extension) in RMG factories in Gazipur district areas.

∎ Job Duration : up to 31st December, 2019
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership to project implementation and coordination support to the project at intervention Readymade Garments Factory listed by the project, the management, the targeted workforce, community members and local govt. duty bearers and stakeholders.
∎ S/he will coordinate all project related activities with relevant departments of Care Bangladesh.
∎ S/he will be responsible for all reporting and documentation between Sheva and Care BD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Extensive working experience with RMG sectors with worker's rights and well-being.
∎ Have experience of working in partnership / collaboration with local govt. officers.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in planning, organizing and implementing the planned work
∎ Experience in facilitation, data analysis, process documentation.
∎ Excellent in communication both written and verbal use to both written and verbal use to both in English and Bengali.
∎ Competent with computer literacy, especially MS word, excel and power point
∎ Good facilitation skills and knowledge and experience in participatory monitoring.
∎ Good team building capacity and decision making skills.
∎ Good interpersonal communication and leadership skill.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
