Responsibilities & Context:
Sheva Nari O Shishu Kallyan Kendra is a national NGO (MRA Certificate Number: 01101-02096-00063) which works for the empowerment of women and other marginalized groups in Bangladesh. Sheva is in partnership with Palli Karma Shahayak Foundation PKSF, Sheva is implementing Micro finance program for the last 3 decades.
Sheva Nari O Shishu Kallyan Kendra invites application for the posts of “Internal Auditor” for credit program.
Duties and responsibilities:
As Internal Control Auditor you are responsible for overseeing the organizations compliance to the social and ethical standards as embodied in the organizational policies. You will be responsible for onsite spot checks of all microcredit operations from center to regional management level and report to the internal control manager.
He will conduct regular field visits with at the branches to oversee group meetings, financial transactions.
He will inspect all pass books postings, regulations and registers at centers (Kendro) and take notes of all non-compliances.
At branch office level he will inspect all registers and bills and invoices to ensure office documentations are done without discrepancies.
During his branch visits scope work will including:
Initial Transaction – approvals, complains with laws & organizational rules & regulations.
Recording – voucher, ledger posting, subsidiary maintaining
Processing – approvals, stamp attaching, VAT, Tax etc
Reporting – Financial Statements, Ratio & Trends Analysis, Budget & Achievement Analysis etc
He will examine the Financial & Operating Information at branch level.
He will review compliance with laws, regulations & other external requirements and with management policies, directives and other internal requirements at the branch levels.
Job Other Benifits:
Probation period Gross Salary Tk. 30,000/- and after permanent Gross Salary Tk. 35,000/- per month.
After permanent you will get two festival bonus, Conveyance, Mobile Bill, Lunch Subsidy, PF & GF facilities.
