Job Responsibilities
Design and implement program activities as per the strategic direction and guidance of the Program Director.
Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of program outcomes.
Liaise with schools to organize talent identification and development programs.
Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, students and parents to ensure active participation in programs.
Collaborate with government education officials and policymakers to gain support and access to schools.
Advocate for policy and administrative alignment to enable smooth program execution.
Engage with parents and guardians to build awareness and secure their support for children`s participation in programs.
Organize community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns to create an enabling environment for talent development.
Identify and coordinate with skill development organizations, NGOs, and training agencies.
Explore local and international opportunities such as cohort building, training, competitions, and exchange programs.
