Job Context:
∎ Position Title of Program Management Officer
∎ Job Nature: Full Time (Contract Based)
∎ Project Summary:
∎ Prevention and Awareness Development program on Reproductive Health and STI including HIV/AIDS Project is aiming to improve the reproductive health and livelihood status of the rural people and Garments workers.
∎ Under the supervision of Project Coordinator and Program Officer, the Program Management Officer will play the key person for qualitative and quantitative management of the project from the phase of designing to evaluation measuring the indicator in line with project goals, objectives, outcomes and output. Her role will be management project plans and related activities to assess progress and bring to the attention of the project implementation teams any deviations or short falls and develop plan of actions for corrective measures.
∎ Supervision Received: Project Director / Project Coordinator / Program Officer
∎ Job Location : Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka and Sreenagar, Louhajang, Munshiganj Project area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical assistance to the team to finalize M&E report.
∎ Regular coordination with Project Director, Project Coordinator and Program Officer to ensure qualitative and quantitative data.
∎ Extensive field visit for ensuring quality of the field level activities in terms of process and progress management.
∎ Responsible to implement the developed outcome and impact-based M&E framework work and preparation of project reports during the project period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Position requires at least two years of experience in project management in development sector.
∎ Skill on capturing learning, innovation, knowledge management and qualitative and quantitative report writing both in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical skills and understanding of database concepts.
∎ Can operate MS office package.
∎ Willingness to visit and stay at remote area.
∎ Physical Requirements: Physically and mentally sound with good health, smart, energetic, lity to work in all situation and environment.
