Job Context:
∎ Position Title of Monitoring Officer
∎ Job Nature: Full Time (Contract Based)
∎ Project Summary:
∎ Prevention and Awareness Development program on Reproductive Health and STI including HIV/AIDS Project is aiming to improve the reproductive health and livelihood status of the rural people and Garments workers.
∎ Under the supervision of Project Coordinator, the Monitoring Officer will play the key person for qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the project from the phase of designing to evaluation measuring the indicator in line with project goals, objectives, outcomes and output. Her role will be monitoring project plans and related activities to assess progress and bring to the attention of the project implementation teams any deviations or short falls and develop plan of actions for corrective measures.
∎ Supervision Received: Project Director / Project Coordinator
∎ Job Location Dhaka and Munshiganj Project area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and finalize the M&E plan of the project, provide necessary guideline to the team and ensure timely reporting.
∎ Provide technical assistance to the team to finalize M&E report.
∎ Regular coordination with Project Coordinator / Project Director and ensure qualitative and quantitative data.
∎ Monitor the progress of the project and recommend further measures for ensuring progress.
∎ Extensive field visit for ensuring quality of the field level activities in terms of process and progress monitoring.
∎ Responsible to implement the developed outcome and impact-based M&E framework work and preparation of project reports during the project period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Position requires at least three years of experience in monitoring and evaluation in development sector.
∎ Skill on capturing learning, innovation, knowledge management and qualitative and quantitative report writing both in English and Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical skills and understanding of database concepts.
∎ Can operate MS office package.
∎ Willingness to visit and stay at remote area.
∎ Physical Requirements: Physically and mentally sound with good health, smart, energetic, ability to work in all situation and environment.

∎ The salary and benefits of the above positions would be in accordance with the salary structure of AITAM. or Negotiable
