∎ At least 10 years' experience in managing large scale integrated development program of which 5 years in management position.
∎ Having professional expertise in one of the key program areas - priority will be given to education, and having proven track record on managing budget, staff and partners.
∎ Strong leadership traits in influencing and leading diverse team
∎ A dynamic team player to bring positive transformation in team dynamics and bring innovation
∎ Very good understanding on Sponsorship program priority and understanding the donor landscape in Bangladesh
∎ Financial management especially tracking and oversight of program budget
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh rural context and GoB operating structures
∎ Strong networking expertise
∎ Track record in delivering result and application of learning culture within program
