∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in training, advocacy, or rights-based programmes.
∎ Strong knowledge on policy and strategy including tobacco control policy, WHO FCTC, and national tobacco laws.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
∎ Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and report writing in English.
∎ Other requirements:
∎ proficiency in MS Office is essential.
∎ Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
∎ Working on under pressure in any time.

∎ Coordinate the execution of project activities including campaigns, training, workshops, and meetings.
∎ Ensure all programme deliverables are met on time and within scope.
∎ Build relationships with government ministries (Health, Finance, Youth, Law, etc.), policymakers, and local authorities to promote tobacco control reforms.
∎ Represent the organization in national coalitions and networks related to tobacco control.
∎ Engage CSOs, youth groups, and media partners in advocacy efforts.
∎ Design and implement M&E frameworks to track programme progress.
∎ Prepare progress reports, donor reports, success stories, and policy briefs.
∎ Document lessons learned challenges, and best practices.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (Contractual)
