∎ The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is seeking a Program Assistant to support the work under the Food Systems Dashboard (FSD) for Bangladesh and provide support to technical leadership and project management. This position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ About the Role:
∎ Reporting to the Project Manager, the post-holder will be expected to compile, manage and analyse data. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and supporting Project Manager in implementing the project.
∎ Key Responsibilities include;
∎ Supporting the Project Manager (PM) in completing and managing the metadata spreadsheet template and ensuring project outputs are well informed and up to date
∎ Working closely with the global Data Management and Knowledge Leadership team members
∎ Assisting in the project implementation process, which includes organising meetings with partners, taking up meeting notes and circulating to relevant stakeholders
∎ Supporting in preparing presentation, communication materials and organising webinars

Additional Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a multi-cultural and matrix-style organization. You should have the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well under pressure with frequent deadlines.
∎ The postholder should be computer literate with the ability to use MS Office Suite and experience in managing and analysing large data set using software. You should be highly flexible and willing to travel in country occasionally. Knowledge/experience in food systems would be an advantage.

Salary:
∎ The starting salary on offer for this role is from BDT 533,307 - BDT 607,036 per annum, depending on experience.
